Durham Christian Partnership
Durham Christian Partnership supports Christian Communities in County Durham to work with each other and with other organisations. We support a variety of projects all of which respond to identified needs. These projects all aim to make a positive difference in the lives of people living in or visiting County Durham.
Home for Good
The vision is a home for every child who needs one. We believe that the Church is ideally placed to help find families to foster or adopt and to provide an excellent community of support for families who foster or adopt.
